At DCAA, we believe that a healthy employee is a happier, more productive employee. From providing on-site fitness centers, to reimbursement for membership in off-site facilities, we actively support employee health and wellness.
DCAA encourages its employees to achieve and maintain wellness by sponsoring a variety of programs and events, including those on smoking cessation, weight management, stress management, and mental health.
Employee Assistance Program
EAP is a free and confidential counseling and referral service available to assist DCAA employees with a variety of work related and personal issues. The EAP counselors are professionally equipped to handle various issues affecting employee's mental health and well being ranging from stress, grief, family and marital problems, alcohol or substance abuse or financial concerns, etc.
