I like the flexible work schedule. If I plan my day right, I can start early and be home before the rush hour starts. That flexibility - and the freedom it gives me - is something that you can't put a price on.

I also like the fact that I can work an alternate work schedule that allows me to have one workday off every two weeks. It's great to have that time to take care of personal business. And if I work on my scheduled day off, I can save up days to take off at another time during the year. Having that extra time to use when I go home to visit my family in Puerto Rico is really nice.

Relocating from Puerto Rico was difficult at first, but the welcome and assistance I received from my co-workers and supervisors helped me make the transition. I really like where I am, and I like the challenge that my job at DCAA offers. What I like best about the job is the variety - there are so many different things you can do.
