On Dec. 5, 2023, DCAA Director, Ms. Terri Dilly, recognized 14 DCAA team members for their hard work and dedication. Ms. Dilly congratulated each and presented a Director’s Coin in recognition of their significant achievements.
HJ Fleming, Elisa Soriano, and Steve Metz were awarded Director Challenge Coins for their overall exceptional work to further lead and support DCAA throughout the year.
Robert Eason and Tina Laime, from the Policy and Quality (P&Q) team, coordinated with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), and the Department of Justice, Office of Special Council (OSC) to successfully complete large-scale projects.
David Hoffman and Mike Stickley exemplified exceptional workmanship from the Office of General Counsel (OGC) team. Kristina Letcher was recognized from the OGC for her work advocating for diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in recruitment, retention, and professional development.
Two members of the Information Technology (IT) team received recognition for their work. Robert “Bob” Mowchan successfully led this year’s Combined Federal Campaign. Stephen “Steve” Mosonyi demonstrated leadership and coordination, successfully relocating the Headquarter (HQ) Data Center.
The Human Capital and Resource Management (HCRM) team received multiple recognitions. Jay-Jay Williams identified process gaps and provided recommendations that enhanced and eliminated inefficient processes. Debra Fletcher, Tracy Weldon, and Ginger Adams researched and coordinated with the DoD, Budget team, and Legal team to prepare necessary documents to safely evacuate a DCAA employee and their family from Israel.
