Architectural Barriers Act

The Architectural Barriers Act requires buildings or facilities to be accessible if they are designed, built or altered with federal dollars or leased by federal agencies after August 12, 1968.  Complaints about inaccessibility of Defense Contract Audit Agency buildings or facilities should be made directly to the U.S. Access Board.  Please visit the following site for more information:  https://www.access-board.gov/aba-enforcement/file-a-complaint
