REQUEST DCAA SERVICES

Before requesting DCAA services, contractors' proposals, claims, or other submissions should be adequately prepared, and the contractor should be able to readily support the submission with adequate data, to fully protect the Government's interests and ensure receipt of timely and effective services.

Welcome to our DCAA Services platform!

Note: DCAA is currently testing the electronic platform. Only Government and DoW agencies should use the electronic platform.  All others please continue to follow the instructions in the PDF below.

Our expanded electronic platform now allows customers to both request DCAA services and report potential non-compliance leads under the Truth in Negotiations Act (10 U.S.C. Chapter 271). If an office identifies risk indicators during the pre-award or post-award phase of a contract, we encourage you to provide feedback for DCAA's review and consideration.

To submit either a service request or a TiN lead, please utilize the Electronic Request Form. Select the specific radio button either a “Truth in Negotiation (TiN) Noncompliance Lead” or “Other DCAA Service Request” after the “Requestor Info” screen to ensure the data is routed seamlessly to the cognizant Branch Office and Customer Specialist mailboxes. Any questions or concerns regarding this program or the use of this form should be directed to dcaa.belvoir.hq.mbx.dcaa-cdao-aries-engagement-requests@mail.mil, including “Questions” in the subject line for service-related inquiries.

Alternatively, if you prefer the legacy process, follow these instructions outlined in our PDF guide: Service Request General Instructions. The How to Request a Service Guide has specific instructions to help contracting officers prepare an audit request and to submit the request to the appropriate DCAA office. We appreciate your flexibility as we strive to enhance your experience in procuring defense contracts.

Please note, before a formal DCAA service request can be finalized, the contractor should be able to adequately support the service.
