Feedback from our customers is very important and helps us shape our audits and advisory services to meet customer needs. To expand the number of customers who have the opportunity to provide feedback, we developed an automated form or survey, which everyone can complete.
This new process will be in addition to our existing customer feedback process. Select customers will still receive a phone interview to gather feedback, however, expanding the volume and creating anonymity are important to our full understanding of all aspects of our audit portfolio and customer base.
You can find the link to the form in the signature block of our Financial Liaison Advisors or on this website under the customer tab. Simply click on customer satisfaction and the feedback site will load. Responses are completely anonymous. There is also an option to request a response. By selecting this option, a Financial Liaison Advisor will call within 48 hours to personally discuss the feedback.
