New link and updates to Service Request Form

In February 2024, DCAA launched an optional Service Request Form to the Request an Audit webpage. The new Service Request Form will replace the previous link on June 3, 2024, and includes three new features:

• The ability to select multiple contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, etc.) for proposal-related requests.
• The option to select prime or subcontractor status for requests.
• A section to specify requestor timelines.

This form connects to a DoD Intelink, providing detailed information about DCAA services to prepare for audit services. DCAA locator data matches the Intelink service request information to the appropriate Field Audit Office (FAO) and Financial Liaison Advisor (FLA).
