Mr. Christopher Andrezze Retires after 39 Year Career

Mr. Christopher Andrezze retired on March 31, 2023 after a 39-year career with the Defense Contract Audit Agency. A member of the Senior Executive Service since 2000, he retired from his position as the Corporate Audit Director of the Northrop Grumman Corporate Audit Directorate (CAD).

During his retirement ceremony presided over by DCAA’s Deputy Director Debbra Caw, Mr. Andrezze was presented with the DCAA Distinguished Civilian Service Award, a congratulatory letter from President Biden, a congratulatory letter from the Secretary of Defense, and a flag flown over Pentagon

“Chris has made a positive impact on both the mission and workforce of DCAA. His experience, knowledge and leadership skills made every organization he has been in effective and a key contributor to the DCAA mission” stated Ms. Caw. “Plus, he truly cares for his people and it shows.” In his remarks, Mr. Andrezze reflected on his career and all the people who made an impact on his service stating, “while I will miss the opportunity to contribute to the mission, I will miss the people more.”

In 1985, Mr. Andrezze began his DCAA career as an auditor in the East Bay Branch office in San Francisco, California. He served at all levels in DCAA including as a Branch Manager in Yokohama, Japan. He was also the Deputy Director and Director of the Western Region and also the Deputy Director of the Mid-Atlantic Region prior to becoming the Director for the Northrop Grumman CAD.
