Leadership and Management Excellence at DCAA

In a remarkable display of leadership, several DCAA employees have been honored for their ability to guide their teams through significant challenges and deliver exceptional results. Ms. Jennifer Desautel, DCAA Director, awarded these exceptional employees for their work. Their work not only improved efficiency in their offices but also boosted morale and fostered a culture of excellence.

• Bill Simpson is a Supervisory Auditor who led his team to a 44% reduction in incurred cost hours for a major contractor. This time reduction allowed the team to focus on a key priority for the customer.
• Alison Williams is a Supervisory Auditor currently acting as a Branch Manager. Her work has guided the office to complete several incurred cost and proposal audits well before the deadline.
• Hivi Tran is a Branch Manager who diligently worked to deliver exceptional results from two offices she supported.
• Leticia Chavez is a Supervisory Auditor who supported her office by performing the Branch Manager role and seamlessly lead the office in completing several major audits.
• Jennifer Karch is a Branch Manager who was recognized for her leadership during the 2025 government shutdown. Her work resulted in timely proposal and advisory services and improved customer relationships with DCAA.
