Equal Employment Opportunity Data Posted Pursuant to Title III of the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act), Pub L. 107-174

Title III of the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act) requires that each federal agency post, on its public web site, certain summary statistical data relating EEO complaints filed with the agency, and that this information be updated quarterly.

Title II of the No FEAR Act requires each Federal agency to provide notice to all of its employees, former employees, and applicants for Federal employment about the rights and remedies available under the Antidiscrimination Laws and Whistleblower Protection Laws Available to them.
