Mr. Gilbert guided his teams to an enhanced focus on efficiency and effectiveness, improving on-time delivery of audits by over 80 percent within the first year of implementation. He created an innovative and centralized audit approach that resulted in future audits recovering $23 million. With a people-focused leadership style, he emphasizes cohesion and provides guidance and inspiration to ensure others excel in their careers.

Mr. Gilbert has been instrumental to developing data-driven tools and processes that streamline the audit process.
