David Hoffman Receives Prestigious Grechanik-Collins Award
Fort Belvoir, Va. — Mr. David Hoffman received the Grechanik-Collins Award, DCAA’s highest award for non-audit personnel, in recognition of his tremendous impacts to the agency. Mr. Hoffman is the DCAA Deputy General Counsel and has almost 40 years of legal experience with the United States Army and other Federal agencies.
