The AZBO team works efficiently as a synchronized unit to complete audits and provide negotiation support. Senior auditors play a key role in mentoring junior team members, helping them develop skills and contribute to critical sections of audits, such as subcontract evaluations and risk assessments. The junior auditor completes the subcontract evaluation and several other components of the risk assessment. However, throughout the process, the entire team helps and guides the junior auditor so they can gain real world experience without feeling lost in the process. This mentorship not only strengthened the final product but also fostered a culture of learning and growth within the team.
