Fort Belvoir, Va. –
The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) concluded on January 15. DCAA employees contributed nearly 100 volunteer hours and pledged over $35,000, exceeding DCAA’s pledge goal of $33,000. DCAA Director, Ms. Terri Dilly shared with DCAA, “I appreciate all your dedication, time, commitment, and hard work to make sure this year's CFC campaign was successful.”
Donations and volunteer work with the CFC help properly equip emergency responders, stock food banks, support animal welfare, expand educational opportunities, further human rights causes, support military members and veterans, and more. This year, DoD agencies donated over $8.2 million and volunteered over 10,800 hours all together. The CFC is the world’s largest, most successful workplace charity campaign and gives federal employees over 4,600 local, national, and international charities to help by donating or volunteering.
