We are excited to announce that DCAA rose 25 places in the 2023 Best Places to Work in the Federal Government evaluation. Rank is determined by employee responses to the Federal Employee Survey on engagement and satisfaction. With an overall score of 76.9, DCAA exceeded the government-wide average of 65.7 and earned a spot in the top 25 percent of small agencies. DCAA’s improved rank highlights the Agency’s commitment to a positive workplace and emphasis on teamwork that contributes to high levels of job satisfaction.
The Best Places to Work in the Federal Government compares like sized agencies giving each an overall ranking plus rating in additional categories. DCAA is in the small agency category and rose 25 places in the overall rankings to 148 out of 459 for 2023. DCAA, with approximately 4,000 workforce members, ranked 30 in work-life balance, 57 in recognition, and 59 in professional development out of 459 agencies.
