Ms. Kimberly Moore was officially inducted into the Senior Executive Services (SES) during a ceremony on Oct. 20, 2023. Ms. Moore started her career as an Air Force Auditor in 1993 with the Air Force Audit Agency. She served at all levels during her 23 years at the Air Force Audit Agency including Supervisory Auditor, Program Manager, and Chief of the Operations Division, Directorate of Operations where she was the key leader in developing new business processes to improve audit operations and efficiency across the Agency.
Ms. Moore joined DCAA in 2016 as Deputy Director of the newly formed Northrop Grumman Corporate Audit Directorate (CAD). DCAA’s Director, Ms. Terri Dilly, noted that, “Kimberly played a key role in turning the disparate group of auditors into a cohesive organization moving in the same direction completing audits with efficiency and effectiveness.”
After four years at the CAD, Ms. Moore became the Deputy Assistant Director at the DCAA Headquarters Plan and Policy Directorate and later became the first Director of the Strategic Initiatives Group. Since then, Ms. Moore began her current position as Director of the Northrop Grumman CAD. Ms. Moore brings a broad range of knowledge and expertise in auditing work and leadership to the SES.
