The DCAA Leadership Conference is a critical event that offers a three-day immersive learning experience for upper-level leadership within DCAA. The first day of the conference introduced the foundations. DCAA Director Ms. Terri Dilly introduced the new strategic plan, which will shape the future success of DCAA. Senior leadership lead by example and shared career insights, guiding attendees for future transitions to upper leadership roles. A critical session on change management provided strategies for navigating organizational shifts and embracing change, setting the foundation for the introduction of a new software aimed at improving processes for auditors and managers. Additionally, discussions centered around building and maintaining a skilled, flexible, and empowered workforce, emphasizing DCAA’s commitment to enhanced customer engagement and satisfaction.
