West Coast Branch Office receives positive customer feedback

The West Coast Branch Office Field Detachment (FD) and Nevada sub-office received positive feedback during a semi-annual program management review with the contractor and customer. The customer’s program manager started the meeting by acknowledging and thanking DCAA’s FD auditors. The FD Regional Customer Support Team (RSC) and Nevada sub-office (WCBO) instrumentally supported the contracting officer and program manager. The audit team helped research, gather, and analyze vehicle depreciation data and contributed to meetings with both the contract and customer. The customer’s program manager expressed the value DCAA’s work added and shared the confidence established to rely on FD in the future.
