DCAA Operations Investigative Support Division (OIS) Auditor Russell Hafter and Supervisory Auditor Myron Antoniw reviewed contract information, analyzed sales transactions and created damage models for a $15 million False Claims Act case. DRI Relays Inc. (DRI), a subsidiary of TE Connectivity Corporation (TEC) agreed to pay $15.7 million to resolve False Claims Act violations.

Bounced check leads to $12 Million fraud case

DCAA Operations Investigative Support Division (OIS) auditors assisted a criminal investigation for two SP Global Institute, Inc. (SPGI) executives. Thomas Burns and Daniel Trolley were ordered to pay over $12 million in restitution, with Burns sentenced to 48 months imprisonment and Tolley sentenced to 14 months for theft of government property.

Daniel Criswell Lee, a project manager representing Agile Infrastructure Service, LLC. (Agile), was recently sentenced to serve 33 months in federal prison and ordered to pay $2.8 million in restitution for a wire fraud scheme.
